An update from the bead room:
We are excited to introduce you all to our much anticipated new website. This has been months in the making, and rolling it out along side our inventory and process update likely was a bit over zealous, but we have received valuable feedback from you since rolling it out last week. Your feedback has allowed us to make changes in hopes of making your customer experience better.
The new website features an enhanced search feature making it easier to find the beads you’re looking for! It also allows for our inventory to be managed in a way that eliminates back orders in the future. I’ve also been assured that the login and ordering portion is much smoother!
We’ve made great strides in getting our entire 11/0 Delica selection back online, and anticipate it being complete this week. After the 11/0 Delicas are wrapped up, we will be moving on to the 11/0 seed beads with an estimated completion date of August 16th. 8/0 and 15/0 seed beads will follow. Our sincere hope is to have our core products complete and ready for an EPIC Labor Day sale.
Your patience, understanding and feedback have been invaluable during this process. We know this is a painfully slow process, but one that we are committed to getting complete as quickly as possible so we can get back to what we love most, sending out our pretty purple packages and taking care of the best customers around. Again, thanks for hanging in there with us.
