SuperDuo Beads are a Czech made, glass two-hole seed bead similar in shape to the Twin bead, but with a few very important differences. SuperDuos are a pressed glass bead with guaranteed size and dimensional stability. They create a "honeycombed" or diamond pattern when stacked together. They are not simply "coated crystal" but actual colored glass with many coating options including: Transparent, Opaque, Matte, Color Lined, Picasso, Luster, AB Coating & Magic Line.
Some coated SuperDuo seed beads may have one or both holes blocked by their finish. This is unfortunately unavoidable due to the nature of the manufacturer's coating process. We recommend checking your SuperDuo seed beads before beginning a project and discarding any seed beads with blocked holes.

5 Grams - approximately 74-75 beads
Each bead measures approximately 2x5mm and features a diamond shape that widens between the two holes and tapers at the ends of the bead. Each hole measures approximately 0.8mm.
